Otherwise, this conical copper jam pot has the same good characteristics as the 4-liter pot with cast iron handles. You will enjoy experimenting with recipes for marmalade and jelly from berries or stone fruit or for apple or plum jam. Always fill only two-thirds of the indicated capacity to avoid color-intensive discoloration.
